HOW DOES ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING WORK?(Please see the tier description for more information) In short: Describe the process from start to finish: how clients sign up, After sign up and a consultation call we would have a clear Idea of the goal we want to achieve. You would then be given access to your own Fitness App. Your Personalized fitness app would be given the program that will get you to achieve those goals we discussed in the consultation. Through workouts, food guide, habit teaching and progress tracking we will see the progression towards you goal. Your trainer would be there to offer you support as you tackle each obstacle one at a time. Coaching support is done through Calls/messages and check-ins. We can adjust the programs based on the evolving goals and current results.

DO I NEED SPECIFIC EQUIPMENTNO You could do a program with zero equipment if you needed. The program is completely built on what is available to you. If it is a fully kitted out gym or just yourself at home the program would be tailored to what is available.

HOW IS ONLINE TRAINING DIFFRENT FROM IN-PERSON TRAINING?Flexibility of online training means you can do these training sessions whenever it works for you. You will have access to plans anytime. There is also a large element that focuses on outside of the gym (where the important parts happen) and there is a bigger shoft in tour lifestyle as a whole and not just what happens in a gym. Training plans are far more extensive and require a level of committed that is rewarded with a significant lifestyle improvement. The level of accountability and progress tracking is far higher than that of 1-2-1 training as their are check-ins and certain tasks that need to be completed. This is how real change will happen.

HOW OFTEN WILL I HEAR FROM MY TRAINER?Depending on the tier you decide on it can be weekly/bi-weekly or monthly check-ins, daily messages, or as-needed responses.

CAN YOU HELP WITH NUTRITION?Yes. Nutritional guidance is offered, such as meal planning, tracking macros, or general advice based on goals.

WHAT TECHNOLOGY DO I NEED?Just a smart phone with Internet.

HOW DO YOU TRACK PROGRESS?Progress is measured by weight, measurements, photos, performance markers, and fitness assessments.
